Advanced Ticket Sales Located behind home plate of both the Main (100) and Upper (500) Levels, these booths are available for the sale of tickets for future events and the purchase of Comiskey Cash.
Alcoholic Beverage Policies Alcoholic beverages may not be carried into U.S. Cellular Field. Guests who appear to be under
the age of 30 are required to show valid ID indicating legal proof of age before purchasing
alcohol inside the ballpark. Beer sales are limited to four (4) beers per possession.
All beer sales will stop after the last out of the 7th inning. The Chicago White Sox
game day staff reserves the right to deny any individual who appears to be impaired
entry into U.S. Cellular Field. The Chicago White Sox and concessions staff also
reserve the right to deny beverage service to any guest who appears to be impaired.
Service limits and times of service may change at the discretion of the Chicago White Sox.
All-Star Balloting All-Star ballots will be available to guests from approximately the beginning of May through the beginning of July. Guest Service Representatives will distribute the ballots during the game and completed forms can be returned to the ballot boxes located throughout the concourses.
Animals U.S. Cellular Field welcomes service animals utilized by guests with disabilities. We do offer aPet Checkservice for other types of animals.
ATMs
Where are the ATMs located in U.S. Cellular Field? Bank of America ATMs are located behind home plate and in center field on the Main Level, behind home plate and near Section 540 on the Upper Level, outside the Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar and outside the ballpark at Gate 4.
Majestic Athletic Audience Auctionn Autographed new or game-used baseball memorabilia is displayed for auction at the Sox Split table, located behind home plate on the 100 and 500 levels, every home game. Fans have until the top of the 7th inning to place a bid on the item(s). The bid sheets are then collected, and the winner is notified within 5 business days to arrange method of payment. Having an auction during every home game allows fans to purchase unique White Sox and other baseball memorabilia that is not offered for sale to the public.
Autographs Is it possible to seek autographs before a game? Fans holding tickets for the 100 Level may seek autographs by the home and visitors dugouts from the time the gates open until 25 minutes before game time. Select White Sox players are scheduled to sign autographs for kids 13 and under prior to each Kids Day, weather permitting. Kids Days are held on select day games throughout the season.
Automobile Trouble The White Sox provide a service vehicle in U.S. Cellular Field's parking lots to assist guests experiencing car trouble. This service can be arranged through the Ballpark Transportation Authority Booth (located behind home plate), any Guest Relations Booth or a Parking Lot supervisor.
Auxiliary Parking When general parking is full, remote parking is available for most games at IIT, located at 33rd and State. A free shuttle service is provided to the park from there. Following the game guests can board shuttle buses back to IIT at 34th and Shields (across from Gate 4). |

Baby Changing Areas Baby changing
tables are available in all public restrooms at U.S. Cellular Field.
Bag Check Facility For any items that
are too large to be carried into U.S. Cellular Field, guests may use the independent
bag check facility located outside of Gate 5 in between parking lots A and B.
There is a $2 fee per bag and the facility closes 30 minutes following the end
of the game.
Banners/Signs Can I bring banners or signs to the ballpark? The White Sox encourage fans to show their team pride, but handheld banners may not be carried during play, due to sight line restrictions, or placed on the field. Signs may not be obscene, commercial in nature or cause a disturbance to other fans. Poles used to display banners or flags are not permitted.
Batting Practice When do the teams take batting practice? For
a 7:05 game, the White Sox take BP at 4:45, visitors at 5:45. For a 6:05 game,
White Sox BP is at 3:45, visitors at 4:45. For a 2:05 game, the White Sox take
BP at 11:30, visitors at 12:30. For a 1:05 game, the White Sox take BP at 10:30,
visitors at 11:30. For a 12:15 game, White Sox BP is at 9:40, visitors at 10:40.
On certain days, the clubs do not take batting practice.
Bats Bats are only permitted to be carried into U.S. Cellular Field on designated Kids'
Days (see Promotions page for dates) for the pre-game autograph session. Following
the autograph session, guests are asked to check the bats at the Guest Relations
Booth, behind home plate on all levels of the ballpark, for the duration of the
game.
Beach Balls For the
safety of all guests, players and employees, beach balls are not permitted inside
the ballpark. Guests who bring in or inflate a beach ball during a game will be
subject to ejection from U.S. Cellular Field. Please do not participate in hitting
or chasing after a beach ball as is may disturb or injure another guest.
Bike Racks Bikes racks are located
outside U.S. Cellular Field between Gates 2 and 3 and along 35th street near Gate
5.
Bottles/Cans No beverage
containers, glass or otherwise shall be permitted into U.S. Cellular Field. Only
those used for infant feedings will be allowed.

When is the Box Office open at U.S. Cellular Field? The U.S. Cellular Field Box Office is open on non-game days Monday through Friday,
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On game days, the Box
Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (when a day game is scheduled),
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (when a night game is scheduled); Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (day
game) and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (night game); Sunday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (day game), 9
a.m. to 9 p.m. (night game).

Bullpen Sports Bar, Miller Lite
Where is the Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar located and how do I get there? The
Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar is located on field level behind the right-field fence. To
get there, enter the ballpark from Gate 2 or take the ramp at Gate 2 down from
the Main or Upper Levels. The outdoor seating area is available for a nominal
charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Must be 21 or older to enter.
Bullpens The White Sox bullpen is located
in left field in front of sections 156-158. The visiting bullpen is located in
right field in front of sections 104-105.

Camera/Video Equipment
Can I bring my camera or video camera into the ballpark? Fans are welcome to bring cameras into the ballpark. However, video cameras may not be used to reproduce the game and must not interfere with other fans. No large camera bags or tripods/camera supports are allowed into the park.
Carry-in Items
What kinds of items can I bring into the park? Guests are welcome to:
Carry in food in a small, clear (see-through) plastic bag. Enter with small, soft-sided bags (no larger than 16" x 16" x 8") that will be searched prior to entering the park. Carry in one sealed plastic bottle of water, one liter or less in size, but no other beverages of any kind.
Please be aware:
Guests holding tickets for the Upper Level must remain in the Upper Level. Bottles, cans, hard-sided coolers or other liquid containers may not be brought into the park. There is no smoking in U.S. Cellular Field pursuant to the Smoke-Free Illinois Act 95-0017. U.S. Cellular Field will be free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures by guests. Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated Guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Our Guests' experience will not be disrupted by unruly actions or behavior of others, including unauthorized persons entering the playing field. Guests will show their tickets when requested and sit only in their ticketed seats.
Cellular Phones The use of cellular phones is permitted at U.S. Cellular Field, provided such use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the ball game. Please be courteous and refrain from making loud or lengthy calls in the seating areas.
Check Cashing We regret that we are not able to cash personal checks at U.S. Cellular Field. However, for your convenience we have Bank of America
ATM machines
located throughout the ballpark and

is available for purchase at the Advance Ticket Windows located behind home plate.
Child Admittance U.S. Cellular Field offers complimentary admission to children under 36 in height. However, we do require that the child sit in their accompanying adult's lap and do not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaways are only available for ticketed guests. Tickets for children taller than 36 are priced the same as adult tickets.
Comiskey Cash Comiskey Cash is available for purchase at U.S. Cellular Field ticket windows. It is available in $1, $2 and $5 denominations and is accepted like cash throughout U.S. Cellular Field.

Designated Driver Booth
Where is the Designated Driver booth, and what are the details of the program? The Designated Driver booth is located behind home plate at the BTA Booth. Guests can also sign up on the 300 and 500 levels at the Guest Relations Booths behind home plate through the 2nd inning. Registrants must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License. In return for promising responsibility and sober transportation of their group from the ballpark, a registrant will receive one (1) coupon for a non-alcoholic beverage during the game from any All-Star concession stand. Registrants will also receive a Designated Driver hand stamp.
Diamond Suites Unlike any other premium seating experience, the Diamond Suites at U.S. Cellular Field offer unprecedented service and surroundings.
Levy Restaurants
provides the exclusive food and beverage service to the Diamond Suites. For more information on leasing or purchasing a Diamond Suite for an individual game, please call the Chicago White Sox Sales Department at 312-674-1000. Diamond Suite guests may enter either at the Diamond Suite entrance, located at Gate 4, or through any entry gate. What are the best ways to get to the game by car or public transportation?
U.S. Cellular Field is located just off the Dan Ryan Expressway at 35th Street, south of
downtown Chicago. It is easily accessible by car or public transportation. Fans taking the
CTA "L" train to the game should take the Red Line to Sox/35th. For more details,

After the game, up-to-the-minute traffic reports, designated driver

Elevators For the convenience of guests requiring special assistance plus one companion, elevators are
located behind home plate at Gate 4 (near the corner of 35th and Shields).
Emergency Phone Call Registration Fans expecting emergency calls should register their seat locations at any
Guest
Relations Booth
located behind home plate on all three levels of the ballpark.
If a call is received, the Guest Relations Booth will dispatch a person
to that seat location with a message. Because of the many requests, public
address paging is not permitted. Fans are also advised to leave their seat
location with friends, family, babysitter, etc.
Employment Opportunities The Chicago White Sox are always looking for friendly, service-oriented people to join our team. The majority of jobs are part-time, with most work shifts occurring in the evening and on weekends based on our game schedule. Interested parties can apply in person on non-game days at the Employee Entrance, located near Gate 2, or at Gate 4.
Escalators Escalators are located at Gates 3 and 5 to access the Main (100), Club (300) and Upper (500) levels. Please note that escalators only operate upwards.
Event Seating Policy The White Sox are committed to providing an affordable fan friendly, high quality entertainment experience in a world class facility. In order to ensure all of our fans receive the full value of their investment, only those persons with a ticket for a particular seat will be able to occupy that seat. Our staff will be checking tickets to safeguard each customer's investment as a ticketed seat holder.

Fan Interference In the interest of player and guest safety, U.S. Cellular Field maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from U.S. Cellular Field.

Field Facts The playing field is made up of bluegrass sod with eight different blends
of grass. The base of the field is made up of four inches each of drainage
pipe, pea gravel and sand. The infield consists of dirt that was transported
from the original ballpark.
Fireworks Before every game, after every White Sox home run, and after White Sox victories, fireworks are exploded at U.S. Cellular Field. Parents with small children and all those sensitive to explosions and loud noises should be cautious of this.

First Aid U.S. Cellular Field has trained teams of paramedics on staff during games. The first aid room is located behind home plate on the ground level of the ballpark.

Foul Balls Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball that is hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back onto the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. Any guest interfering with a ball in play is also subject to ejection from the ballpark. Unfortunately, the Chicago White Sox are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs of foul balls.
Fundamentals, Pontiac
Where is Fundamentals, the interactive area for kids? The 15,000-square-foot Pontiac Fundamentals area is devoted to young White Sox fans, providing them with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baseball from Chicago White Sox Training Academy coaches. It features a youth-sized wiffle ball diamond for coaching clinics, batting and pitching cages, batting "swing" boxes for proper batting techniques and areas for base running and skills instruction. While you are there, see how your Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Pontiac dealers mix design and performance to create the Pontiac Torrent and Pontiac G6, both on display near the wiffle ball diamond in Pontiac Fundamentals! Located above the left-field concourse and overlooking the field and the outfield seating area, Pontiac Fundamentals opens with the gates and remains open throughout the game. It is accessible from the 100, 300 and 500 levels of the ballpark. On Firework Nights, the Fundamental Deck will close at the conclusion of the 6th inning. Which hotels are the closest to U.S. Cellular Field? U.S. Cellular Field is located approximately four miles outside of downtown Chicago
in a neighborhood area. While we don't have a hotel immediately nearby, fans can stay
at a downtown hotel of their choice and get to the ballpark via public
transportation or car. Fans may also contact the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association

Kids Days What are Kids Days? Kids Days occur on select day games throughout the season. When an adult purchases a full price ticket at the ticket windows on the day of the game, he or she can purchase tickets for kids 13 and under for $1 each, depending on availability. Kids 13 and under can collect autographs pregame from select players and run the bases after the game, weather permitting. Kids Tickets
At what age do children need a ticket to enter the ballpark? It's not an age, but a height. Children shorter than the turnstile arm (approximately 36 inches) are admitted free of charge, but must share a seat with an accompanying adult. Parking
How much does it cost to park in a White Sox parking lot?
Parking is $22 for cars, minivans, motorcycles and other vehicles that require one parking space. Buses must park in Lot A and cost $30 in advance (at least 14 business days) by calling 312-674-1000, or $35 on the day of the game. The lots open two hours prior to game time and close one hour after the game. Comiskey Cash can be used to pay for White Sox parking.
When parking in the neighborhood around U.S. Cellular Field, we ask that all White Sox fans please observe all parking ordinances and respect our neighbors. We recommend that all fans driving to games park in official White Sox parking lots.
Parking around U.S. Cellular Field is restricted. In some areas close to the stadium, parking is not allowed on the streets without a residential parking permit showing on your car windshield. The purchase or sale of a residential parking permit from any person other than the City of Chicago is illegal. Violators face fines up to $500.00 and risk being towed by the City of Chicago. Per Section 9-68-020 of the Chicago Municipal Code, permits may not be transferred, purchased or sold. What is the White Sox Park N Ride?
U.S. Cellular offers "Park 'N Ride," a service offered Monday-Friday in which fans can park in Lot A is accessible from Wentworth Avenue between 33rd and 35th Streets. Cash ($22) and parking coupons for that day's game will be accepted. Why fight rush hour traffic use Park n Ride!
Pet Check
Does U.S. Cellular Field offer a pet check area? Guests may check their pets at the Pet Check during each game for a $3 fee, which benefits non-profit organizations that train service animals. Pet check is located between Gates 2 and 3. For reservations and details, call 312-674-1000, ext. 5503. Animals are allowed inside the ballpark only on Dog Days.

Radios/Televisions Single speaker radios and hand-held televisions are permitted in the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
Rain Cancellation In the event that a regulation game is not played (a "Cancelled Game") and is rescheduled on a date that did not have a previously scheduled game or is rescheduled to become a part of a split double header, your ticket may only be used for admittance into such rescheduled game. In the event a Cancelled Game is not so rescheduled, your ticket becomes a gift certificate that may be exchanged at any time in the future at the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office or by mail (333 W. 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616) for an individual ticket of equal or lesser face value for a future regular championship season game (subject to prior sales). In no instance shall this ticket be exchangeable for a ticket with a face value greater than the face value of this ticket. This policy may be amended at anytime without notice. Season parking coupons for games cancelled by weather may be exchanged for $22 in Comiskey Cash or an individual parking pass for a future 2008 regular season game (based on availability; see back of parking coupon for specific instructions). This policy may be amended at anytime without notice.
Rain Delays The right to delay the start of a game shall be vested in the home club. Once both teams' managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards the right to determine whether the game shall be interrupted or terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions is up to the sole discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game; whether and when play shall be resumed; and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions.
Re-entry Policy Guests may not re-enter U.S. Cellular Field unless they have made arrangements
through the
Guest Relations Booth
or a Team Leader at the gates, prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Chicago White Sox and are strictly limited to emergencies only.
Refunds There are no refunds once a game ticket has been purchased.
Replay Policy The Chicago White Sox are proud to show replays on the Diamond Vision scoreboard. However, Major League Baseball rules the following may not be shown: pitched balls not put into play (called strikes), force plays at second base, bean balls and fights/arguments. Close plays may be shown but only at regular speed.
Resale/Scalping The resale of game tickets at any price is strictly prohibited in and around U.S. Cellular Field. Violators are subject to prosecution by the Chicago Police Department.

Safety Policy For the comfort and security of all our guests, we do not allow fans to enter U.S. Cellular Field with hazardous or disruptive items. Samples of items that are not permitted into the ballpark include boom boxes, inflatable balls, balloons, Frisbees, laser pointers, fireworks, footballs and weapons of any kind. The Chicago White Sox reserve the right to inspect any bags or containers entering the ballpark.
Scalping/Resale of Tickets The resale of White Sox game tickets is strictly prohibited on U.S. Cellular Field property. Any persons caught doing so shall be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or inflated tickets, purchase them only at the

or from an authorized outlet.

Scoreboard Messages
How can I get a message displayed on the U.S. Cellular Field scoreboard? Fans can create their own special message to be displayed on the center field video screen at U.S. Cellular Field during any White Sox home game for $55. All requests must be made at least two business days prior to the game which the message is to be displayed. A limited number of day-of-game messages are accepted at the Guest Relations booths within the ballpark for $70. An 8x10 digital color printout is available for an additional $15. All proceeds benefit Chicago White Sox Charities. PLEASE NOTE: The digital color printout is an 8x10 glossy photo of the scoreboard message that is reproduced on a computer to reflect the message that was displayed during the game. It is not a photo taken during the game.

Search Procedures
Carry-in items
for all guests are subject to inspection prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark by U.S. Cellular Field personnel. Carry-in items larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark due to the Major League Baseball size requirement. Guests entering U.S. Cellular Field may be subject to inspection by random electronic wanding.
