**Important information regarding wristbands for autograph/photo sessions**

SoxFest 2015 - Autograph/Photo Session Wristband Policy

  • To assist with crowd flow at SoxFest, colored wristbands will be utilized for each autograph/photo session (a different color for each session).
  • The number of wristbands for each session will correspond with the number of autographs listed on the schedule for each session.
  • The distribution of wristbands for each autograph/photo session will be determined at the discretion of the White Sox in order to provide for the safety of our guests and to manage crowd movement through the space.
  • To enable the greatest number of SoxFest guests the opportunity to obtain an autograph/photo, only one wristband may be obtained per guest at any one time. Multiple wristbands will not be issued to any one guest.
  • Guests with more than one wristband at a time will be denied autograph/photo privileges and all wristbands will be removed by a White Sox representative.
  • Once a guest receives a wristband, he/she may not obtain a wristband for an additional session until they have received an autograph/photo from the current session and a White Sox representative has removed their wristband.
  • Wristbands will be removed by a White Sox representative upon arrival at the specific autograph/photo stage. Guests are welcome to try for another wristband for a different session once the first band is removed by a staff member.
  • The correct colored wristband will be needed in order to access an autograph/photo line.
  • Guests with a wristband for any particular session must be in line no later than 20 minutes after the start of the session to be guaranteed an autograph/photo.
  • The transferring of wristbands, along with line jumping, will result in the loss of all autograph/photo privileges.
  • Guests who purchased the Premium Upgrade Package are not guaranteed a "no wait" experience when using their Speed Pass, but their wait time will be significantly reduced. The bearer of the pass must be in line within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time of the autograph session. The bearer of the pass may have a wristband for another autograph/photo session.

The White Sox reserve the right to amend these procedures as we deem necessary.

Thank you for your cooperation!
