Saturday, March 7 - Loaves & Fishes

The White Sox are looking for eight volunteers to join us at Loaves and Fishes from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7. Volunteers will help clients as they shop in the Loaves & Fishes grocery market - a "client choice" market, meaning that clients are able to choose items they need and want based on family size. Remember that all volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and closed-toe shoes are required. Register for this Loaves and Fishes opportunity by emailing with your full name and contact information. Please list "Loaves & Fishes" as the subject line and we will send you an email confirmation and event details.

March 7-8, March 13-14-15 - "March for Kids" benefitting Mercy Home for Boys & Girls

The March for Kids campaign helps Mercy Home raise funds for abused, neglected and troubled children and increases public awareness about the life-threatening challenges that too many young people face. Volunteers will be collecting donations at several Chicago-area St. Patrick's Day parades and celebrations. All ages are welcome to participate. Click here to sign up as a volunteer and choose from the six available dates in March. When you register, please select "White Sox Volunteer Corps" on the tab that asks how you heard about "March for Kids."
