All forms must be received for final consideration
Participation Fee: $250.00 per child
Chevrolet Junior Pride Crew members receive:
Two game tickets and one parking pass per experience
Up to four additional tickets may be purchased at regular price (subject to availability)
Additional tickets must be purchased three weeks in advance of game date by calling 312-674-5368 or email dmielke@chisox.com

Sunday, June 6 vs. Cleveland Indians

Sunday, August 15 vs. Detroit Tigers
