All forms must be received for final consideration
Participation Fee: $250.00 per child
Chevrolet Junior Pride Crew members receive:
Two game tickets and one parking pass per experience
Up to four additional tickets may be purchased at regular price (subject to availability)

Sunday, April 26 - 1:05 p.m. game vs. Blue Jays
Sunday, June 7 - 1:05 p.m. game vs. Indians
Sunday, July 19 - 1:05 p.m. game vs. Orioles
Sunday, August 23 - 1:05 p.m. game vs. Orioles
Space is limited.
Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
