Special Limited Edition Print of the First Pitch of the 2005 World Series
Now Available to White Sox Fans!
The Chicago White Sox are pleased to offer a special, limited edition print of the “First Pitch” of the 2005 World Series to our fans.
This photo was taken by White Sox team photographer Ron Vesely and was featured in the October 31 and World Series Commemorative issues of Sports Illustrated. Taken at U.S. Cellular Field on October 22, 2005, it depicts White Sox pitcher Jose Contreras delivering the first pitch of the game to Craig Biggio of the Houston Astros.
This 20” x 24”, fully licensed World Series keepsake will be produced as part of a limited edition run of 500 prints. Each high gloss print will be reproduced on quality Kodak archival paper and will be hand numbered and signed by the photographer and include a letter of authenticity.
The cost to own this stunning visual memory from our historic championship season is $200.00, which includes shipping.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each print will benefit Chicago White Sox Charities.
