In order to purchase a membership to Sox Pride Club, you must complete the Sox Pride Club order form on whitesox.com. You must provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The whitesox.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your Sox Pride Club member login. You must use (or, for gifts, provide) a unique e-mail address and password for each membership purchased. The Chicago White Sox and MLB.com reserve the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the whitesox.com Terms of Use. For your convenience, as a Sox Pride Club member you may elect to have your membership automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. Your automatically renewed membership may come with premiums (e.g. photo, decal) of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums in the previous year, though the exact type of premium(s) provided may change from year to year. If you purchased a 2012 Sox Pride Club membership with automatic renewal option but would like to cancel the automatic renewal option, you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation of automatic renewal to soxprideclub@website.mlb.com before December 1, 2012. (Renewed memberships cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts in 2013.) Sox Pride Club will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal by e-mail in the Spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal (see below).
All 2011 Sox Pride Club Grand Slam members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their membership, who have not cancelled or separately purchased a new membership for 2012 will receive notification of the pending renewal in March 2012, and then automatically have their membership renew approximately two weeks later.
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
We will contact your gift recipient via e-mail to let him/her know that you have purchased a gift Sox Pride Club membership on their behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification e-mail and register for an MLB.com account to receive the Sox Pride Club benefits and welcome package, so please be sure that the e-mail address was entered correctly. The e-mail account your gift recipient uses to activate them membership will serve as his/her Sox Pride Club login. If the intended recipient did not receive the e-mail, please contact us. Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy, children under 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.
YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR SOX PRIDE CLUB MEMBERSHIP, YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD AND YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE. The e-mail you received when you were notified of your gift includes a special link and information on how to activate your membership. You must click on that link and follow activation instructions.
NOTE: In order to receive the benefits of your 2012 Sox Pride Club gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. You must activate by September 15, 2012. If you do not activate by such date, your gift membership package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your Sox Pride Club Welcome Package contains your membership card and a welcome letter from the Chicago White Sox. Members who purchase the Ultimate tier will also receive their 8"x10" "Welcome to the SPC" photo in the Welcome Package.
Membership cards and welcome packages will begin shipping in March 2012. Gift membership welcome packages will be shipped within approximately 4-6 weeks following the gift recipient's online activation. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Chicago White Sox nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2012 membership cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2012 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Sox Pride Club member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Use of all tickets provided in connection with your Sox Pride Club membership shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the ticket(s) including, without limitation, those relating to postponement and weather policies.
Sox Pride Club members will have the opportunity to purchase 2012 individual-game tickets prior to the general public on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, starting at 10 a.m. CT. All Sox Pride Club members will receive e-mails prior to the presale containing complete presale purchase instructions.
Please note: You must purchase your membership or activate your gift by 5 p.m. CT on Tuesday, January 31 in order to participate in the Individual-Game Ticket Presale on February 1.
All Sox Pride Club members will receive e-mails each month with monthly membership ticket offer details. Sox Pride Club monthly membership tickets will go on sale for a select period of time the month prior to the dates of the games available during each sale. Sox Pride Club monthly tickets go on sale starting March 1 for April games.
Please note: All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Sox Pride Club members are not guaranteed the opportunity to purchase tickets to any particular game. In particular, due to extremely high demand, tickets for Opening Day (Friday, April 13, 2012 vs. the Tigers) and the Sox vs. Cubs series at U.S. Cellular Field (June 18-20, 2012) may not be available during Sox Pride Club presale. Opening Day and Sox vs. Cubs tickets will be extremely limited during the monthly membership ticket opportunities in which those tickets will be offered to 2012 Sox Pride Club members.
All members will be notified via e-mail during the 2012 White Sox Baseball season about opportunities to purchase exclusive Premium Lower Box ("PLB") tickets for select series and homestands.
Members will need to enter provided ticket codes to take advantage of Sox Pride Club ticketing opportunities. Ticket codes will be available to all members beginning in March 2012. All ticket codes will be available on the Sox Pride Club members-only page and will be included in each monthly membership ticket on-sale e-mail you receive. Ultimate Members of the 2012 Sox Pride Club will receive two (2) guaranteed Patio Party tickets (Pregame Patio Party and Lower Reserved game tickets) for a select 2012 White Sox Prime game at no additional cost. Sox Pride Club Ultimate members will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to obtain their Patio Party tickets.

From time to time, members of Sox Pride Club will receive exclusive online offers that will be communicated via e-mail and/or on the Sox Pride Club members-only section on whitesox.com. All offers will be available for a limited time and are subject to availability and any other offer-specific terms and conditions.
All members of the 2012 Sox Pride Club will receive an exclusive membership gift -- along with a photo print -- after the 2012 White Sox Baseball season concludes. Members will receive e-mail updates about the 2012 membership gift/photo when details become available.
Eligible 2012 Sox Pride Club Ultimate members will receive specific details via e-mail prior to and during the 2012 White Sox Baseball regular season about exclusive, limited-availability U.S. Cellular Field membership promotional opportunities (including a select promotional opportunity to deliver the White Sox lineup card during a select 2012 White Sox home game and a select promotional opportunity to attend White Sox batting practice prior to a select 2012 White Sox home game). Please note: These promotional opportunities will be available only to members who live in Illinois, Wisconsin or Indiana.
Ultimate members of the 2012 Sox Pride Club will have the opportunity to enjoy a scheduled tour of U.S. Cellular Field on select dates during the 2012 White Sox Baseball regular season. Membership tours will be first-come, first-served on each available date. Sox Pride Club Ultimate members will receive tour details via e-mail when available.
Prior to the 2012 White Sox Baseball regular season, all SPC Ultimate members will have the chance to enter for the chance to watch a select 2012 White Sox April or May home game with 19 guests in a U.S. Cellular Field suite.
Throughout the season, SPC members will be contacted with ways to receive an array of White Sox collectibles.
Members of the Sox Pride Club will have access to special offers and content on the Members-Only section of the site. You must have a valid Sox Pride Club username and password to log in. Members of Sox Pride Club may elect to receive a 30-day trial of the MLB Insiders Club. You can continue your membership for only $2/month (billed annually). Upon payment of first year's dues you will be shipped a FREE Chicago White Sox Stadium Blanket, a FREE MLB Insiders Guide, a FREE MLB Records Booklet, plus then-current members will get a FREE Official MLB All-Star Game Program in July, all at no additional cost. If you do not wish to continue your MLB Insiders Club membership, simply return a dues notice marked "cancel" and owe nothing. Your membership will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been received 49 days after the third notice. Any issues of MLB Insiders Club Magazine and any benefits, gifts or privileges you've already received will be yours to keep. You agree to receive the MLB Insiders Club e-newsletters, and to continue to receive them even if you cancel your membership, though you can unsubscribe from receiving such newsletters at any time. Twenty dollars of each year's dues pays for one year of the MLB Insiders Club Magazine. Offer valid in the U.S. only.
From time to time, MLB Insiders Club may send you new books and videos on baseball for your consideration. You can purchase these at your Members-only price or return them to the Club (the Club pays return postage on any preview offer). If you are at all unhappy with your first issue of MLB Insiders Club Magazine or your Official Member Welcome Kit, just write CANCEL on your dues invoice, return it and pay nothing. You also have the right to a full refund upon request if you grow dissatisfied with the Club during your first year.
