In order to purchase a Sox Pride Club membership, you must provide complete and accurate personal information consisting of your name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, credit card information and shipping address. (The Site's Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used.) Your ability to purchase a Sox Pride Club membership is subject to limits established by your credit card issuer. MLB.com may bill your credit card at the time merchandise is ordered. The Sox Pride Club Card is personalized -- you will be billed immediately after the order is received. You will have access to the Sox Pride Club members-only site immediately, as well as the content available on that site. The White Sox or MLB.com reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account at their discretion. All sales are final.

YOUR SOX PRIDE CLUB CARD
Cards will begin shipping in February 2009. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Chicago White Sox, nor MLB.com, are responsible for lost or stolen cards. Any card returned by the US Postal Service during the 2009 season will be available at U.S. Cellular Field, Chicago, IL. If you would like to request a card's reprint, a check for $3.00 can be sent to Sox Pride Club, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. RENEWALS
For your convenience, if selected, your 2009 Sox Pride Club membership will automatically renew, without interruption, before the start of each subsequent MLB season at the rate then in effect unless you cancel your subscription by sending an email requesting cancellation to soxprideclub@whitesox.mlb.com before December 1, 2009 (subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).

2008 RENEWALS
Due to changes in membership benefits and the ticket code process, we will not be auto-renewing 2008 memberships.

GIFT RECIPIENTS
You must activate your gift in order to receive ALL benefits of your Sox Pride Club membership including your Sox Pride Card. The e-mail you received when you were notified of your gift included a special link to activate your membership.

If you have additional questions on how to activate your gift membership, please contact soxprideclub@website.mlb.com. Please note that all gift accounts for the 2009 season must be activated no later than 5 p.m. CT on September 27, 2009.

SPECIAL OFFERS
From time to time, members of Sox Pride Club will receive special online offers that will be communicated to members via email and/or on the Sox Pride Club members-only site.

TICKET CODES

2009 MLB.com GAMEDAY AUDIO
All members of the Sox Pride Club will receive a subscription to 2009 MLB.com Gameday Audio. MLB.com Gameday Audio allows fans to listen to live baseball games online, as well as the archives of those games. Sox Pride Club members' MLB.com Gameday Audio subscription will expire on December 31, 2009. SOX PRIDE CLUB MEMBERS ONLY SECTION
The Sox Pride Club members-only section allows for members to access content and special offers, made available for Sox Pride Club members. You must have a valid whitesox.com username and password to enter, and must have purchased a 2009 Sox Pride Club membership. The username used to access the members-only page must be the same one used at the time of purchase.

SOX PRIDE CLUB EMAIL NEWSLETTERS
The Sox Pride Club email newsletter allows for members to access content and special offers, made available for Sox Pride Club members. You must have registered with a valid email address at the time of purchase, to receive the newsletter. You can opt-out of the email at any time. The White Sox, nor MLB.com, are responsible for invalid emails or emails that bounce or are filtered by personal or corporate email providers.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
Sox Pride Club members who wish to share biographical information with the White Sox will be selected at random to be spotlighted in the exclusive Sox Pride Club section of whitesox.com. The White Sox will send submission details via e-mail throughout the season to 2009 Sox Pride Club members.

IN-STADIUM EVENT
Sox Pride Club members will be invited to purchase tickets for and attend a first-come, first-served group event at U.S. Cellular Field during the 2009 regular baseball season. Details of the event will be communicated to Sox Pride Club members as they become available.
