In order to purchase a Sox Pride Club membership, you must provide complete and accurate personal information consisting of your name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, credit card information and shipping address. (The Site's Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used.) Your ability to purchase a Sox Pride Club membership is subject to limits established by your credit card issuer. MLB.com may bill your credit card at the time merchandise is ordered. The Sox Pride Club Card is personalized -- you will be billed immediately after the order is received. You will have access to the Sox Pride Club members-only site immediately, as well as the content available on that site. The White Sox or MLB.com reserve the right to decline service to or terminate any account at their discretion. All sales are final.

YOUR SOX PRIDE CLUB CARD
Cards will begin shipping in February 2008. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Neither the Chicago White Sox, nor MLB.com, are responsible for lost or stolen cards. Any card returned by the US Postal Service during the 2008 season, will be available at U.S. Cellular Field, Chicago, IL. If you would like to request a card's reprint, a check for $3.00 can be sent to Sox Pride Club, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. If you have a question re: your card, please feel free to email soxprideclub@whitesox.mlb.com.

RENEWALS
For your convenience, if selected, your 2008 Sox Pride Club membership will automatically renew, without interruption, before the start of each subsequent MLB season at the rate then in effect unless you cancel your subscription by sending an email requesting cancellation to soxprideclub@whitesox.mlb.com before December 1, 2008 (subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).

For your convenience, your 2008 Sox Pride Club subscription will automatically renew, without interruption, before the start of each subsequent MLB season at the rate then in effect. Details of your renewal will be sent out the end of February. If you'd like to cancel your subscription before then send an email requesting cancellation to soxprideclub@whitesox.mlb.com (subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).

2008 MLB.com GAMEDAY AUDIO
All members of the Sox Pride Club will receive a subscription to 2008 MLB.com Gameday Audio. MLB.com Gameday Audio allows fans to listen to live baseball games online, as well as the archives of those games. Sox Pride Club members' MLB.com Gameday Audio subscription will expire on December 31, 2008. SOX PRIDE CLUB MEMBERS ONLY SECTION
The Sox Pride Club members-only section allows for members to access content and special offers, made available for Sox Pride Club members. One example of such content includes the opportunity to access the Sox Pride Club Messages Board, monthly auctions and desktop wallpapers. You must have a valid whitesox.com username and password to enter, and must have purchased a 2008 Sox Pride Club membership. The username used to access the members-only page must be the same one used at the time of purchase.

The Sox Pride Club email newsletter allows for members to access content and special offers, made available for Sox Pride Club members. You must have registered with a valid email address at the time of purchase, to receive the newsletter. You can opt-out of the email at any time.
