Box Office Hours The U.S. Cellular Field Box Office is open on non-game days Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On game days, the Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (when a day game is scheduled), 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (when a night game is scheduled); Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (day game) and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (night game); Sunday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (day game), 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (night game).
General Information
  • Be advised that Chicago White Sox reserve the right to take appropriate action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats including, without limitation, ejection and legal action.
  • Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale for any amount in excess of the "Maximum Premium Price," which is defined under law as the sum of the established price printed on the ticket plus five dollars or ten percent of such established price, whichever is greater, plus lawful taxes. Unlawful resales can be punishable by fine and/or imprisonment.
  • Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including auctions, contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the prior express written consent of the Chicago White Sox.
  • U.S. Cellular Field offers complimentary admission to children under 36" in height. However, we do require that the child sit in their accompanying adult's lap and do not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaways are only available for ticketed guests. Tickets for children taller than 36" are priced the same as adult tickets.
  • Ticket Kiosks are located at Gates 3, 4 and 5, ticket kiosks are available for fans who order tickets via the Internet or Ticketmaster phone orders and have the tickets held at will call. Enter the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets into the machine to receive the tickets.
  • Premium Lower Box tickets are not subject to any ticket discounts.
