Kauffman Stadium guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guest must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Each guest is limited to 2 alcoholic beverages per transaction. All alcohol sales will conclude in the end of the 7th inning at all general concourse concession stands while alcohol sales in all premium areas (including the Rivals Sports Bar and Craft & Draft Room) will conclude at the end of the game. Stadium Management reserves the right to discontinue sales at any time. Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol into or out of Kauffman Stadium. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior, or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund.
Cash dispensing machines are available on Plaza level at sections 221 & 234, and in the Outfield Experience behind CrownVision. An ATM is also located on the view level inside the home plate team store. Service is provided by Commerce Bank.
To assure the safety of our guests, players, and staff, the Kansas City Royals have designated 3 areas for autograph seekers: (1) Gate D Truck Gate for Visiting Team Bus, (2) the ramp behind Player Parking for Royals Players and (3) outside the Gate C lobby behind the designated barricades.

Baby-changing tables are available in all restrooms of Kauffman Stadium.
Bags that exceed a maximum size of 16x16x8 and hard-sided coolers are not allowed into the stadium.
Banners may be displayed in the stadium provided the banner/sign does not block the view of others, interfere with the game, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard, or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature that alters the facility in any manner or covers any existing stadium signs. Poles and sticks four feet or shorter are permitted only…The Royals reserve the right to remove any banner.
Guests are not permitted to have baseball bats inside Kauffman Stadium. Guests who bring bats to the gates must return them to their cars. Guests who receive bats from players must check them in at any Guest Services office. When available, broken bats may be purchased at stadium novelty stores or the Authentics Shop.
Guests wanting to purchase seats in the Bats Crown Club, may call the Kansas City Royals Sales Department at 816-504-4040, option 2. In addition to some of the closest seating in all of MLB, Bats Crown Club season ticket holders enjoy a number of benefits including premium buffet, and in-seat service. Bats Crown Club ticket holders may enter Gate C (Premium Entrance) and utilize the Diamond Club lobby elevators down to Level 1.
Normally, the Royals conduct batting practice from 4:50 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. while visiting teams hit from 5:40 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for a 7:15 p.m. game. The Royals take BP from 3:50 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. and visiting teams from 4:40 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for a 6:15 p.m. game. The Royals hit from 10:50 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and visiting teams hit from 11:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a 1:15 p.m. game. Batting practice times are subject to change or cancellation. Batting Practice is not in coordination of gate times into the stadium. Guests who wish to bike to the ballpark may lock bikes up on the media fence in Lot B near designated signage. Parking fees are waived for those who bike to Kauffman Stadium.

A breast-feeding room is located on the Plaza level behind home plate next to First Aid.
The KCATA via the Metro's 47-Broadway will provide service along Blue Ridge Cutoff and to Blue Ridge Crossing until 11 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays. The extended hours will allow guests to travel to the Truman Sports Complex for Kansas City Royals night games. 47-Broadway offers service to downtown Kansas City, Mo., midtown neighborhoods, Country Club Plaza, east side neighborhoods, Truman Sports Complex and Blue Ridge Crossing.

Cabs are available on Lancer Lane between Gates A and B and also on Red Coat Drive between Gates D and E after games conclude on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests may go to Guest Services to order a cab as well.
Still and hand-held video cameras are welcome into the stadium, but tripods cannot be set up or block the view of other guests. Monopods are permitted into the ballpark. Camera lenses 12 inches or smaller are permitted into the ballpark. Flash photography and video production is strictly prohibited.

Children 32 inches in height and under do not require a ticket to enter Kauffman Stadium for Kansas City Royals games. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Fold-up strollers must be stored under your seat or may be checked into any Guest Services office. Guests are encouraged to leave non-folding strollers in the car. Please be aware of those seated around you.
Child ID Bracelets are available in the Guest Service Office located behind home plate on the Plaza and View Level. Child ID Bracelets will be hand written with the seat location and contact phone number of their party in case the child is separated.
Guests are permitted to wear costumes, but the costume may not conceal any part of their face while walking the stadium. Guests will be allowed to wear masks while in their seats as long as they are not creating a distraction for other fans. The Royals reserve the right to ask anyone to remove their mask due to ballpark security measures.
The guest assistance shuttles will operate for each of the Royals 81 home games, shuttling guests with disabilities or needing physical assistance from the Truman Sports Complex parking lots to the Kauffman Stadium gates. Prior to and during the game, Guest Ambassadors provide shuttle service from for guests from the parking lots. Please let your nearest parking attendant know if you are in need of golf cart assistance or guests may call the Game-day Assistance Phone Line (816-504-4040, option #5) as well once parked. After the event, cart shuttles pick up guests requiring assistance from at all Gates (A, B, C, D, and E) to the parking lots. All cart shuttles will drop off on the perimeter of the parking lots. Disabled courtesy cart pick up locations are available at all Gates and will transport handicapped guests to their vehicles. Please feel free to visit any Guest Services office for additional assistance or questions.
Enjoy dinner with friends or drinks at the bar in an open air climate controlled environment while watching all of the action on the field. Located on the Loge Level of The K along the third base line near section 301, Craft & Draft is accessible via the plaza level elevators or escalators and is open to all guests on a first come first serve basis. Craft & Draft features a selection of over 20 beers on tap and another 50 bottled beers. Craft and Draft is home to a quick fire artisan pizzeria as well as offering an elevated a la carte menu with a fresh approach to pub fare.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted for ticket orders placed on the Royals Charge Card Line (1-800-6-ROYALS), at the Stadium Advance/Future Ticket Windows, Stadium Ticket Booths, and online.
For your convenience, there are ample reserved parking spaces available for disabled guests with properly licensed or tagged vehicles. In addition, please see our "Courtesy Golf Carts" information for shuttle assistance. There is also a designated entrance at each gate for easy access into Kauffman Stadium. All restrooms are accessible throughout the stadium. Elevators are located near the escalators on both the first and third base side and in the Diamond Club Lobby. Reserved seat locations for wheelchairs with one companion are available on every level. Should a guest need assistance in reaching their seat, transportation wheelchairs are available at all Gates (A, B, C, D & E). Wheelchairs must be returned once the disabled guest has reached his or her seat to assist other guests.
To purchase seats in Accessible Seating sections, click on the link in the schedule for the game you would like to attend when single-game tickets become available. On the bottom of the purchase page, there is a link titled "Click Here for Accessible Seating Requests".
Arrangements for the wheelchair seating areas may be made in advance by calling the Royals Charge Card Line at 1-800-6-ROYALS (676-9257) and are subject to ticket availability. These seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible ticket windows are available day of game at all gates.

Registrants for the Budweiser Designated Good Sport Program must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid Drivers License. In return for promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from the Stadium, all participants' names will be entered into a drawing and the winner's name will be displayed/announced on the CrownVision video board. To register, visit the Good Sport's (red) kiosk on the Plaza Level across from the Rivals Sports Bar main entrance. The winner can pick up his/her prize at Guest Services located on the Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby. The office is available at gate opening and closes approximately 15 minutes after game ending.
Nonprofit organizations seeking support for an upcoming event or program should complete the Donation Request Form at royals.com/donationrequest. The request can take four to six weeks to process so please plan accordingly. Organizations located within the Royals drawing area are eligible to apply (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma). Completion of a request does not guarantee a donation.

The Dugout Suites offer a vantage point to the game that is like no other. Located next to the Royals and visiting team dugouts, these suites are a spectacular setting for any event. Each suite can host from 25-35 guests. Suites can be combined to expand your party for up to 70 guests. Elevators are located near the escalators on both the first and third base side and in the Diamond Club Lobby. Diamond Club Lobby elevators are designated for guests with tickets for the Crown Club, Diamond Club, Loge and Triple Crown Suites, and are accessible for any handicapped guests. In the event of an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather, elevators will be used for handicapped guests only.
All open positions are located under "Job Opportunities" on royals.com. We do not accept applications for unopened positions.
There is one escalator located behind home plate on the Plaza Level, and there are escalators located next to the spiral ramps on both the first and third base side. All escalators go to the plaza, loge and view levels. The escalators will not be operated during an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather. Guests who have difficulty walking should use the elevators.

Nearly every area of the ballpark is available for private events, and our event staff will see to it that every detail is customized to your needs. Whether you are planning an intimate dinner for two at home plate, a wedding reception for 400 or a corporate retreat for 2,000, - the Royals staff will provide world-class service for an extraordinary experience. To help ensure everyone's safety, the Kansas City Royals have a no re-entry policy at the ballpark. Guests will be allowed to exit and re-enter the stadium through the Truck Gate adjacent to Gate D in the event an emergency is encountered while attending any event at the stadium or with a valid excuse approved by Stadium Management. Guests must visit the plaza level Guest Services Office behind home plate for approval and to redeem their re-entry wristband. The Truck Gate is located behind section 234 on the plaza level just near Gate D. All guests should remember to have his or her game ticket punched by a Royals associate at the Truck Gate (D) along with the approved re-entry wristband to re-enter the stadium.
Each Sunday home game there will be entertainment and activities in the Outfield Experience around the stage, as well as a pre-game player autograph signing atop the Royals dugout.

If a response is desired, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. We cannot guarantee the items will be answered or returned. Royals players and coaches do not have e-mail.

The main First Aid office is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby near home plate. There is a satellite First Aid office located on Hy-Vee View Level behind home plate at section 420. Guests needing immediate assistance should seek out their nearest Royals event staff associate.

The main Guest Services office is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, and the satellite office is located on View Level behind home plate at section 420. First pitch opportunities are reserved for corporate sponsors, dignitaries or Royals Charities. Another common way for individuals to earn a chance to throw out a first pitch is through purchasing group tickets. Groups of 1,500 or more are provided with an opportunity to have a representative from the group throw out a first pitch (subject to availability). For information on bringing a group to the game, please contact the Group Sales Department at 816.504.4040, option 4 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the ballpark, large bags, hard-sided coolers, alcoholic beverages or other liquid containers are not permitted. Guests may bring food and water bottles into the stadium, provided the water is in a plastic 1-liter or smaller sealed/unopened plastic bottle (one per person) and the food is packaged in soft-sided containers that do not exceed the maximum size of 16x16x8 inches. Purses and diaper bags (accompanying guests) will be permitted, provided they do not exceed the maximum size.
Guests are permitted to keep foul balls. However, guests must not enter the playing area or lean over the rails to retrieve baseballs.
The Fountain Seats are located in left-center field (Sections 201,202, 203).
Following each Sunday afternoon home game, field conditions permitting, all kids 14 and under can run once around the bases on the field. A parent or guardian should escort young children. Guests should line up on the top of the First Base Gate D spiral ramp at the conclusion of the game. Guests should ask their nearest event staff employee for additional information or assistance.
Groups may participate in fundraisers by working in the concession stands or with event staff during Royals games. Generally volunteers are only used as event staff for weekday, day games only. For event staff, please contact our Event Operations Department at email@example.com. For concession stands, please contact Aramark, our concessionaire, at 816.504.4028.
Future game tickets are available during games at the Future Game Ticket Window, which is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club. The window is open until 30 minutes after the last out of the game.
As an effort to increase our guest service on game days, the Royals offer a game-day assistance phone line which is 816-504-4040 (Select Option 5). Guests are able to call to ask game day questions and communicate any assistance needed to ensure a great experience (parking, disabled assistance, etc.) during the following times to our Ticket Services Representatives and Game-day Receptionist:
Friday - Sunday Games: All gates will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. Gate C opens 2 hours prior to Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only.
Monday - Thursday Games: Gates A & E in the Outfield Experience will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. All remaining gates (Gates B, C & D) will open 1 hour prior to game time. Gate C opens 2 hours prior to Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only.
Giveaway Games: All gates will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. Gate C opens 2 hours prior to Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only.
Promotional items or "Giveaways," are available on selected game dates to guests with a valid, paid ticket on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests must be in attendance at a game to receive a promotional item.

You are welcome to address questions or concerns before or during the game in Guest Services. Guests can see the Royals' 1985 and 2015 World Series Championship trophies, 2014 American League Championship trophy and other artifacts from Cy Young Awards to Frank White's eight Gold Gloves and George Brett's 3,000th hit bat and baseball.
Handouts in the parking lot are not permitted at any time. Additionally, selling or reselling of items is also not permitted in the parking lot.

Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted by a stadium staff member to one of the Guest Services offices, located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420. All children are encouraged to visit Guest Services for a Child ID Bracelet when they first arrive.
During a game, you may inquire about lost and found items in one of the Guest Services offices, located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420. To inquire about lost or found items after a game, please call 816-504-4204 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Outfield Experience consists of the Blue KC Little K, Game Lounge, Sluggerrr's Mini Golf at The K, Pitching Mound, Batting Challenge, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City Base Run and the Carousel. It is also the location of the Royals Hall of Fame presented by Commerce Bank, Rivals Sports Bar, .360 Bullpen Bar at Rivals, Budweiser Patio, New Era Cap Store, the Ladies Boutique and Kids Team Store, Belfonte's Ice Cream, the Miller Lite Fountain Bar, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Pit, Sonic Slam Section, Pepsi Party Porch, Boulevard Grill, Blue Moose Sausage Emporium, the Kansas City Power & Light Charging Station and the FOX Sports Kansas City Broadcast booth.
Kauffman Stadium does not have any pay phones available to guests. However, guests can request the assistance of the Guest Services Office staff to make a phone call if necessary. Guest Services offices are located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420.
Paging is available for extreme medical emergency situations only. Should an emergency exist, please contact a Royals associate or go to Guest Services, on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420.
Parking spaces are available for vehicles and buses. The Truman Sports Complex provides spaces reserved for vehicles displaying disabled permits or tags. The complex exceeds in the number of disabled parking spaces required by the ADA. An over-sized vehicle is any vehicle that takes up more than one parking space. In case of a rainout, parking is refundable and season ticket holders receive a new parking pass. For the latest information on parking and directions, please click the more info link below.
Please note that pets/animals are not allowed into the Truman Sports Complex or inside Kauffman Stadium unless they are service dog with valid documentation. Pets/animals left inside vehicles while on the Truman Sports Complex may be subject to animal cruelty violations from the Kansas City Animal Control Department. Royals games are broadcast locally on KCSP 610 AM, plus additional stations throughout the Midwest (subject to change).
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Kauffman Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Royals reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.
In the event that an event is canceled or postponed because of rain, inclement weather conditions, or other reasons beyond the control of the Royals, tickets will be subject to the Royals' announced rainout policy for the specific Event. Please retain your ticket until the Royals announce the rainout policy for the Event, which the Royals may do through the media or royals.com.
There is no re-entry permitted for any event held at Kauffman Stadium. Once a guest has exited through the stadium gates, they are not permitted back into the stadium unless it is an emergency situation in which they can check at guest services behind home plate for a re-entry slip.
The newly remodeled Rivals Sports Bar is now open-air and more spacious than ever before. The 360 Vodka Bullpen Bar offers an indoor/outdoor model to allow fans inside of Rivals and those on the concourse the opportunity to enjoy an extensive selection of beverages. A new large HD projection screen and twelve 60-inch televisions have been added. The kitchen offers a refined sports bar menu featuring items such as a grilled ribeye steak sandwich, signature "Stack'd & Stuff'd" burgers and parmesan garlic street fries. The 360 Vodka Bullpen Bar highlights eight different brands of draft beer and 30 different varieties of packaged beers. Rivals offers signature milkshakes and frozen signature cocktails featuring a variety of 360 flavored vodkas.
The Royals Authentics store is located on the third base side of the Diamond Club on the Plaza/Field Level of Kauffman Stadium near section 225. The store offers guests the opportunity to purchase exclusive one-of-a-kind memorabilia during a visit to the ballpark. Royals Authentics features a wide selection of Major League Baseball authenticated items, including game-used bats, baseballs, bases, jerseys, batting gloves and more! In addition, Royals Authentics carries collectibles autographed by current and past Royals players. All autographs are authenticated by MLB. Kauffman Stadium chairs and other unique items are also available for purchase. A portion of all proceeds will benefit Royals Charities to support children, education, youth baseball and military efforts in and around the Kansas City area. Various season ticket packages are available to fit the needs of any fan and budget. Visit the new Ticket Sales and Services Center located behind the Diamond Club next to section 225 inside the Royals Charities Office or call (816) 504-4040, option 2 or email: email@example.com.
Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. We ask guests to be considerate of entering the seating area while the game is in play so that all guests can enjoy the game.
The following items are prohibited from Kauffman Stadium:
Bags will be checked by security upon entry. Security may ask fan to empty pockets and remove hats.
Metal Detection: Per MLB Security Standards, all guests will be asked to comply with metal detection screening in order to gain entrance into Kauffman Stadium. Guests who do not comply with metal detection screening will be given the alternative of a physical pat down by a security representative. Please note that metal detection screening policy is in the best interest of our guest's safety.
Fountains: If at any time a guest enters a fountain, they will be immediately arrested, transported to the police station downtown and charged to the fullest extent of the law.
Entering the Playing Field: If a guest enters the playing field they will be immediately arrested, transported to the downtown police station and charged to the fullest extent of the law. Fines for entering the fountains or the playing field can be well over $1000 plus court costs as well as the arrest record.
Please note that if you have a planned party of any kind that includes gifts, we advise either wrapping the gift item at Kauffman Stadium after the item has been inspected or placing the unboxed gift item in a gift bag. Our security staff will ask guests to open any wrapped items.
Guests with disabilities or with valid reasons approved by Royals guest services management are permitted to bring service dogs into the Truman Sports Complex and Kauffman Stadium. Service Dogs must be clearly marked with a vest and the guest must have an ID for the service dog. Please note that no pets/animals are allowed into the Truman Sports Complex or inside Kauffman Stadium unless they are service dog. Pets/animals left inside vehicles while on the Truman Sports Complex may be subject to animal cruelty violations from the Kansas City Animal Control Department.
The Best Mascot in Major League Baseball, Sluggerrr, is the official mascot of the Kansas City Royals. Our light-hearted lion made his rookie debut in 1996 and can be found throughout the community year round and entertaining thousands at Kauffman Stadium! Sluggerrr is available for all kinds of special events (corporate events, school visits, charity fundraisers, birthdays, Sluggerrr Grams, or other private parties) as well as in-game visits and tailgates! Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the structure of Kauffman Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located along the perimeter fence line at Gates B & D and along the perimeter fence line at Gates A & E. Electronic cigarettes and other smoking devices are not allowed in the seating bowl or concourse. Designated areas for electronic cigarettes and other smoking devices are available at the designated smoking areas.
If a Royals player hits a home run that lands in the Sonic Slam Seats located in left field, ALL guests win a free medium Sonic Slush by redeeming their ticket stub at participating Sonic locations by midnight the following day! Guests sitting in the Sonic Slam Seats will also win a $5 My Sonic Card. All guests sitting in the Sonic Slam Seats will need to report to the plaza level Guest Services office by the end of the game in which the home run is hit to receive their card.

As you plan your organization's event schedule, please keep in mind that the Royals provide speakers and/or appearances for civic and charitable functions. Members of the Royals senior management team and Royals alumni are available to share their experiences in an informative and entertaining presentation. Please note, however, that the Royals recommend you do not center your event around a player appearance due to scheduling challenges.

Guests visiting Kauffman Stadium are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the Kansas City Royal's intent to limit guest's enjoyment of the game and we encourage cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas will not be tolerated.
Please note that SRO (Standing Room Only) ticketed guests are permitted to stand on the plaza level concourse behind the fountains, left field corner sections (206 - 208) and the right field corner sections (247 - 249). SRO ticketed guests are asked to stand behind the designated line in the left and right field corners to ensure a comfortable experience for guests with disabilities seating. Please note that chairs are not allowed to be used in the standing room only areas.
Strollers must fold up and fit under a seat without restricting aisle access. Strollers may be checked into any Guest Service office as well if they do not fit under the seating area.
For $10, select Outfield Plaza and Hy-Vee View tickets are available at the Kauffman Stadium Box Office for Wednesday home games for high school and college students with a valid ID or youth 14 years of age and under who are with an adult. Plus, all Student Night/Local Music Showcases include pre-game food and beverage specials at the Crown Classic concession area. Every Student Night is also INK Local Music Showcase, where we will feature live local pre-game music in the Outfield Experience.
There will be a fireworks display after the Friday night home games from May to August, presented by Hy-Vee and Pepsi (weather and wind conditions permitting).

The Kansas City Royals Majestic Team Store is located at Gate C, behind home plate. The 7,000 square foot store is your home for all your Kansas City Royals merchandise, novelties, collectibles, game-used products and more! There are additional team stores throughout the entire stadium and all levels; including the outfield experience, plaza level, loge level and view level. During the offseason, the Box Office Ticket Lobby will be open during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.).

Re-sale of Royals tickets and/or parking passes is not permitted on the Complex. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or inflated-priced tickets, guests should purchase tickets only through authorized ticket outlets.
Guests may bring small umbrellas (no golf umbrella) into Kauffman Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. For the comfort and consideration of all guests, it is requested that those using umbrellas be considerate of those around them.
The Royals have a detailed weather safety plan in place that is reviewed every season. Every usher at Kauffman Stadium is trained to move guests to safety at a moment's notice. In the event of severe weather near The K, guests will be instructed to move to safe areas by ushers, public address announcements and instructions on the CrownVision scoreboard. The Royals consider the safety of our guests first priority and monitor conditions continuously during all games and other events.
The will call windows are located at Ticket Office C behind home plate during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Guests may visit any open ticket window during game-day hours for Will Call. Will Call tickets can be claimed only by the person whose name appears on the will call ticket. State or government photo identification is required along with credit card verification.
