Season Ticket Holders can exchange in advance tickets for an upcoming game in their package to a future game of the same or lesser tier. (Example: Exchange an upcoming "select" game for any future "select, value or extra value" game.) The exchange must be requested at least one week prior to the game date being exchanged and the game being requested. Your exchanged tickets will be in a similar or lower priced seating area based on ticket availability.
The number of exchanges will be limited based on package type:*
The number of exchanges is defined by the number of games exchanged regardless of the total number of tickets exchanged per game.
*In the event an account holds multiple package types, the number of exchanges will default to the largest package type holding.
Exchange requests can now be made online at twinsbaseball.com/STHMyAccount and will be activated once season tickets have finished mailing in March 2015.
