Willis will make his American League debut under the spotlight of a home crowd and a FOX network regional broadcast, starting what he hopes is a rebound campaign following season highs in losses and ERA in his final season for Florida last year. He pitched through command issues in Spring Training, but the mid-90s velocity on his fastball gives the Tigers reason for encouragement.
