Corporate Partnerships Sales & Research Coordinator

Reports to: Sr. Director, Corporate Partnerships Activation

Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Sales & Research Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the overall Corporate Partnership research and sales development process. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Develop proposals for Corporate Partnership sales staff.
  • Run research reports on the White Sox and current/potential partners through Scarborough Research, Repucom, Agile Media and/or other valuation companies.
  • Spearhead the development of annual Corporate Partnership brochure, new business presentation materials and videos.
  • Point person for mass lead correspondence and sales lead database tool (Zoominfo).
  • Work with the Director of Marketing and Analytics to obtain and utilize data applicable to current and potential sponsors. Perform the same function with Public Relations to utilize Fan Track survey information.
  • Point person for updating and management of StoneTimber River (Corporate Partner CRM).
  • Coordinate Corporate Partnership interactive web site redesign and maintenance.
  • Provide valuation information for year-end sponsor fulfillment recaps as necessary.
  • Assist in development and implement sponsor surveys.
  • Assist Client Service staff in fulfillment of day of game partnership activations.
  • Assist Client Service staff with corporate partnership functions and events, such as Sponsor Summit, sponsor parties and on-field events.
  • Work various game duties and be present at approximately 50% of home games.


  • College degree; preferably with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • Two years experience in marketing or related field; sports marketing background a plus
  • Ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills including above average knowledge of Microsoft programs with a strength in Excel; previous database management a plus preferably on Stone TimberRiver or Microsoft Dynamics, experience with Zoominfo or other lead generation or list provider, Channel 1 or other digital presentation platform
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of market research; Experience with Nielson Sports programs or equivalent (Scarborough, SPSS or other market research programs dealing with demographic and psychographic data) a plus
  • Must possess exemplary communication skills both written and verbal
