White Sox acquire Teahen from Royals

White Sox buy out Dye's option
Jermaine Dye homered in the sixth and eighth innings Wednesday.The White Sox announced Friday that they have bought out the 2010 mutual option on outfielder Jermaine Dye's contract for $950,000 rather than pay the outfielder a $12 million salary for next season.
