The Chicago White Sox have released the third #TakeJake Campaign video – in support of Jake Peavy in Major League Baseball's Final Vote.

“Great Moments” is a video calling on White Sox fans to rally and vote for Peavy, as well as a tribute to legendary American Olympic coach Herb Brooks.  It can be viewed at:  http://bit.ly/TakeJakeGreatMoments

The 2012 All-Star Game Final Vote ends at 3:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, with the results to be announced later that day on mlb.com.
