CHICAGO -- The Chicago White Sox announced the tiebreaker game vs. Minnesota to determine the American League Central Division on Tuesday night will feature a "Sox Pride Blackout."

The White Sox are calling on and urging all fans attending tomorrow's game to wear all black in support of the team. The team also will distribute 40,000 black "Sox Pride" towels as fans enter the ballpark.

"This is a crucial game. We as an organization, along with all White Sox fans in the ballpark tomorrow night, will make U.S. Cellular Field the most electric atmosphere in baseball," said Brooks Boyer, White Sox chief marketing officer. "Our fans will bring unrivaled energy and passion, as they always do. We are calling on everyone to wear black to show their Sox Pride."

The game will start at 6:35 p.m. CT, with gates to the ballpark opening at 5:15 p.m.
