CHICAGO -- Prior to tonight's game vs. the New York Yankees, the White Sox recalled infielder Brent Lillibridge from Triple-A Charlotte. Lillibridge takes the roster spot of Clayton Richard, who was traded to the San Diego Padres this afternoon.
Lillibridge, 25, hit .262 (56-214) seven doubles, four triples, three home runs and 22 RBIs in 58 games with the Knights in 2009. He also appeared in 24 games with the White Sox, batting .162 (11-68) with four stolen bases.
