White Sox Charities host Sixth Annual Holiday Clubhouse Sale at U.S. Cellular Field
Organization Also Will Hold Blood Drive to Help Those Affected by Superstorm Sandy
This holiday season, Chicago White Sox Charities again will offer fans unique access to the home and visitors’ clubhouses at U.S. Cellular Field during the annual “Holiday Clubhouse Sale.”
During this holiday sale, game-used equipment, game-worn jerseys, autographed memorabilia and White Sox collectibles all will be available for purchase in the home and away clubhouses, areas rarely open to the public.
The White Sox also are partnering with the American Red Cross in hosting a blood drive during the time of the Clubhouse Sale. The blood collected will help those affected by Superstorm Sandy and address the blood donor shortage faced every year during the holiday months.
Chicago Sports Depot also will host a special sale on the same date, where everything in the store is 25 percent off (excluding autographed merchandise and clearance items). Fans who spend $100 at the Depot also receive a complimentary Southpaw holiday ornament.
Fans planning to attend the clubhouse sale should park their vehicles in Lot D/E and enter U.S. Cellular Field through Gate 3.
Proceeds from the Clubhouse Sale go to White Sox Charities, which provides annual financial, in-kind and emotional support to hundreds of Chicago-based organizations, including those leading the fight against cancer or dedicated to improving the lives of youth through education, health and wellness programs, and those offering support to children and families in crises.
