Chicago hit back-to-back homers twice to sweep the Twins in the series finale. Joe Crede and Juan Uribe pulled off the feat in the fourth, and Uribe and Brian Anderson completed the second set in the sixth. Jose Contreras held the Twins to two runs in eight innings.
