TEN-YEAR agreement

*Example: A ten-year term Field MVP Licensee with ownership of four Field MVP seats will be entitled to eight complimentary Field MVP Bonus Tickets to be selected from designated Yankees 2013 regular season home games.

In connection with your Field MVP License, the New York Yankees shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with each of the applicable benefits listed herein (the Field MVP Benefits) only during the 2013 Major League Baseball season. Each of the Field MVP Benefits are subject to change and/or modification at any time by the New York Yankees from time to time and may be subject to additional sales or other applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, payable solely by you. The unavailability, modification or cancellation of any of the Field MVP Benefits shall not constitute a breach by the New York Yankees of any license or ticket agreement entered into by you and the New York Yankees in connection with your Field MVP License, or entitle you to any compensation, credits, rebates, refunds, offsets, make-goods or any other remedy.
