Eat breakfast every day. Kids who eat a healthy breakfast:

  • Participate in class more
  • Behave better
  • Attend school more often
  • Visit the school nurse less
  • Have an overall better diet
  • Are less likely to overeat later in the day

Eat a variety of foods for a balanced diet. Eating a variety of foods helps ensure you are getting a variety of nutrients your body needs.
