Patrons are permitted to bring food into Tropicana Field for individual consumption. Outside catering and food for consumption by groups larger than a single family are not permitted. All permissible food items must be wrapped, bagged or contained within a soft-sided container that shall not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". Sealed plastic water bottles no larger than one liter and children's single-serving juice boxes are permitted. Items not allowed are cans, thermoses, ice chests, glass containers or any other non-collapsible container or object deemed hazardous.
A limited number of discounted group tickets may be available for each game. All ticket prices for each game are subject to change at the Rays' discretion. Call your Groups Sales Account Executive (727) 825-3406 to check availability and pricing for your game.
Once full payment is received, group tickets will be mailed, if so desired. Tickets ordered within five (5) business days of the game date will be left at Gate 4 Will Call. There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets once they have been purchased.
Group tickets can be purchased by: cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cashier's Checks. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Children two (2) years of age and older require a game ticket to enter Tropicana Field and must have their own seat. Children who have not reached their second birthday do not require a ticket if they sit on the lap of an adult.
We understand that you may need to purchase additional tickets as your game date approaches. You may add unlimited additional orders of ten (10) or more tickets at the group rate. You may add less than ten (10) tickets at the group rate one (1) time. Additional tickets at the group rate are subject to availability. In order to receive additional tickets at a group discount, tickets must be ordered by calling your Group Sales Account Executive at least 48 hours before your respective game. All tickets purchased on day of game are subject to box office listed prices.
Group tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced with new tickets. A police report is required to reprint tickets that are stolen, and written documentation must be provided for tickets deemed lost or destroyed. Any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will be charged a $5 per ticket fee for replacement. Please treat your tickets like cash and do not leave them unsecured.
Tickets may not be resold on Tropicana Field property including its parking lots. Individuals engaged in ticket reselling on property may be subject to trespass, ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.
Group Ticket Sales Disclaimer
The group purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the scheduled date and/or time is subject to change and, in the event of a change, ticket purchasers will not be entitled to a refund. If the designated game is not played for any reason, and/or is halted (except if the game is suspended) before five (5) innings have been played (unless the game constitutes an official game under the rules of Major League Baseball) and is not rescheduled and played at Tropicana Field, ticket purchasers shall have the right to exchange the ticket for a ticket of comparable value (as determined by the Tampa Bay Rays in their reasonable discretion) to an upcoming Rays' home game (subject to availability as determined by tickets previously sold). Admission tickets may not be resold or utilized in any promotion, contest, sweepstakes, giveaway or other such activity. Any purported sale or other usage in violation of these provisions shall be null and void. Ticket purchasers will be subject to and will abide by the terms and conditions upon which admission tickets to the Rays' games at Tropicana Field are issued and such other rules and regulations as the Rays may establish from time to time.
